Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support our GTM teams with operational execution and data-driven insights. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in RevOps, with exposure to sales, marketing, and customer success processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Youll help maintain core systems, support reporting and forecasting, and contribute to strategic initiatives through analysis and collaboration.



Principal Job Responsibilities:



Support Reporting & Analytics

Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) like pipeline growth, campaign performance and customer retention.

Funnel and conversion analysis, understand all metrics from self-serve to enterprise sales and liaise with commercial leaders to improve performance.

Work closely with the RevOps Manager and cross-functional teams on operational improvements.

Insight Generation & GTM processes

Conduct basic data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, or opportunities in the GTM funnel.

Summarise findings and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Analyse and improve revenue processes, including lead management, sales pipeline management, and forecasting.

Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in revenue processes, implementing best practices and process improvements

Pricing



Collaboration with global pricing & rev ops teams to establish pricing policy and monitor implementation Testing and analysis of pricing changes, A/B testing, discount strategies etc.


Forecasting and Budgeting:



Support the development of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, providing insights and analysis to guide financial planning. Support monthly business reviews and board-level reporting with data and insights


Key Performance Indicators:



Supporting the achievement of UKI revenue goals Successful delivery of key projects in the region Improvements in key commercial metrics i.e. conversion rates, forecasting accuracy

Qualifications & Experience:

(E Essential; D Desirable)



Critical thinking skills, problems solving especially when it comes to data analysis, pricing, commercial activity(E)

2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales or Marketing Operations, Business Analytics, Project Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or SDR Manager(E)

Advanced presentation and communication skills able to turn data into action(E)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a love for solving problems(E)

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders(E)

Understanding of Saas metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)(E)

Experience with pricing strategy or packaging analysis(D)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau(D)
