About the Job





As a

Revenue Operations Systems Manager

, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end commercial tech stack, with a focus on driving scalability, automation, and best-in-class systems across the business.



Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations (located in London), this role plays a key part in enabling our go-to-market teams by ensuring our systems, including Salesforce, are fully aligned with business goals and integrated to support data-driven decision-making.



We are looking for a systems expert who has a deep knowledge of systems but also has strong operational experience too.

Key Responsibilities





Own and manage the full revenue operations systems stack, with primary responsibility for Salesforce, Outreach, Allbound, Xactly, DealHub (and others). Ensure Salesforce is configured to support scalable processes, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration Build and maintain system integrations that support the lead-to-revenue lifecycle across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance Lead integration efforts between Salesforce, Account Engagement, Outreach, and other tools via native connectors, APIs, or middleware platforms Manage relationships with external system consultants and act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support, development, and project delivery Design and implement scalable processes and automation to support GTM efficiency and operational maturity Monitor and improve data quality, flow, and structure across all connected systems Define and execute the systems roadmap in alignment with the RevOps and wider business strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and provide ongoing system support Evaluate and onboard new tools, managing vendor relationships and driving implementation projects Deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic planning and performance tracking Support and drive change management and user training to maximize adoption and ROI across all platforms



Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in a RevOps, CRM, or systems-focused role within a B2B environment Strong experience with Salesforce as a systems administrator or architect

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce automation tools

such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules

Ability to read and write simple Apex classes and triggers

to support light custom development needs Hands-on experience with Outreach and Account Engagement or similar GTM platforms Experience managing and working alongside external systems consultants or development partners Deep understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle and sales/marketing processes Experience designing and managing API-based integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) Proven ability to manage complex systems projects and tool implementations Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset Ability to translate business needs into scalable systems solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
