Salary Guide: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa348,000

Summary A leading multidisciplinary architecture practice in London is seeking an ambitious Revit Technical Architect to join their team. They work on projects within the residential housing, healthcare, elderly living, commercial sectors and have an excellent reputation for their impressive delivery of projects. This practice is fully Revit proficient therefore the ideal candidate will need to have a strong working knowledge of the software with ambitions of running their own projects and teams.

Role requirements: You will take charge of the detailing, coordinate with a talented small team of leading industry professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion whilst also working on the technical stages of their projects which are already up and running. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering technical projects across the residential sector; as well as;

• 3+ years of experience ideally working on similar projects
• Good knowledge of UK regulations and NHBC standards is essential
• Experience working on large scale residential and or healthcare projects in the UK
• Good technical ability and knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience across all stages with a focus on stages 4+
• Process-driven with eye for detail
• Well-presented portfolio with technical detailing examples
• Should be hands-on, with experience working with contractors and developers
• Excellent presentation skills, and team player
