Overview:
FRAME are working with a busy, London based Architecture studio who are looking to grow! They have a new position for a Senior Architectural Technician to work on a multi-unit Residential project in London. The project will be at technical delivery stages, so they require someone with experience leading technical packages/ construction detailing experience.
The role will require excellent Revit and RIBA stage 4-5 skills also.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency
- UK based Residential project experience
- RIBA stage 4/ 5 background, construction detailing
- Strong communication and organisation skills
The studio are a medium sized Architecture firm who have gone from strength to strength the last few years in terms of growth. They have a passionate, hardworking team and are looking for a likeminded individual to join ASAP, although can wait a month for the right person. They have a hybrid set up including 2-3 days per week in office, the rest from home.
