About this role

TPS is an Essex based MEP and Energy and Sustainability Consultancy looking for Revit Technician to join the team in Shenfield.

TPS are a 20 strong team of Design Engineers with a close-knit friendly company ethos. They operate across a whole host of sectors including Commercial, Office, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail and Heritage-Listed Buildings throughout London and the UK.

As a Revit Technician the role will be to assist Engineers on design projects and play a crucial role in integrating with project and ensuring adherence to our company and client standards.

The work will involve, but is not limited to:

Implement best practices and standardisation of the drawing and model development process Coordinating with project managers and other team leaders to determine design needs Ensure services are co-ordinated and clash free Liaise with discipline task team leads to ensure output is fully coordinated Ensure all drawings are submitted, and meet the project requirements set out Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple demands

Skills, knowledge and experience desirable

Proficient knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Knowledge of MEPWorx - Desire but not essential Building Consultancy experience - 1 year Motivated and capable of driving self-development Clear and effective communication skills Time management Comfortable delivering presentations and training. Problem Solving Previous construction related experience is required.

Salary

25,000 - 35,000 DOE
