Revit Technician - MEP (Prefabrication & Structural Integration)

We are seeking an experienced

Revit MEP Technician

with a strong background in

prefabrication and structural integration

to join our growing design and engineering team in

Maidenhead, London

.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you will focus on developing

fabrication-level MEP drawings

with high coordination between mechanical systems and structural elements. You'll be instrumental in supporting

off-site construction

workflows for advanced building services -- including

pipe spools, ductwork, supports, and steelwork layouts

-- across complex infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed and fully coordinated

MEP Revit models

for prefabrication and construction. Produce accurate

fabrication drawings

for mechanical systems, including pipework and ductwork, as well as

associated structural supports

. Ensure spatial coordination with architectural and structural teams for

buildability and integration

. Deliver

clash-free, high-quality drawing sets

aligned with off-site manufacturing standards. Follow internal

BIM protocols

and maintain clear project documentation. Work closely with engineers, BIM leads, and fabricators across all project phases.

? What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of experience

as a Revit MEP Technician in building services or prefabrication. Demonstrated ability to produce

detailed fabrication drawings

for M&E systems. Strong understanding of

MEP-to-structure interface

(steelwork, fixings, supports). Advanced proficiency in

Revit MEP

; familiarity with

Navisworks

and

AutoCAD

is a plus. High attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks

independently

in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in

off-site construction

or

modular assembly

is highly desirable. Exposure to

data centre

or

industrial projects

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,146.01-51,535.10 per year
