We are seeking a capable Revit Technician with a strong mechanical bias to join our delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role focuses on developing co-ordinated models and producing accurate fabrication level drawings that progresses directly to manufacture and site.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed mechanical Revit MEP models as part of a wider MEP and engineering team
Develop fabrication and manufacturing drawings from coordinated models
Support MEP coordination and clash resolution activities
Work closely with mechanical engineers, senior designers and project teams
Ensure drawings reflect buildability, access and installation requirements
Maintain drawing quality, accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Required Experience
Strong Revit experience with a mechanical services focus
Proven experience producing fabrication or manufacturing drawings
Good understanding of mechanical systems, pipework and supports
Experience working with co-ordinated project teams
Ability to work with engineers' and senior designers' inputs with minimal supervision
Commercial Terms:
28-38 per hour,
dependent on fabrication experience and structural steel exposure
