We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Revit Technician to join our growing in-house design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, luxury residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D Revit models and 2D drawings for swimming pools, spa areas, wellness facilities and all related technical elements. Including structures, pipework, ducting and plant equipment. Work closely with the Design Manager, Architects, Structural Engineers, and M&E teams Coordinate models and drawings with other disciplines to ensure clash-free design Prepare accurate technical drawings for planning, tender, and construction stages Calculate appropriate technical requirements and specifications for systems Ensure all models and drawings comply with current standards and project requirements
Requirements:

Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential) Experience in MEP or architectural modelling (preferable - ideally within construction or engineering) Strong understanding of technical detailing and coordination Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with AutoCAD and BIM processes is a plus
