About the Role

We're looking for a
Revenue Operations Analyst
to join our GTM Operations team and play a key role in supporting Qargo's growth.
You'll work closely with our
Sales Enablement Manager
(to whom you'll also report) and collaborate across
Sales, Marketing, Data, and Finance
to ensure our data, tools, and processes run smoothly, helping revenue teams make better decisions, faster.

Key Responsibilities

From Day One
Support the Sales Enablement Manager with various
change management
initiatives
Track and analyse
pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance
(with guidance) to highlight trends and risks.
Build and maintain
dashboards
in HubSpot and Google Sheets that give revenue leaders clarity and insight.
Work closely with the
Data team
to keep our CRM enriched, clean, and reflective of our Total Addressable Market (TAM).
Support
Marketing
with campaign setup, workflows, attribution, and UTM tracking to scale GTM handoffs.
Troubleshoot
technical tickets
raised by the Sales Team and help ensure our tools run smoothly.

As You Grow with Qargo
Prepare
data and insights
that support GTM leadership with forecasting, pipeline inspection, and QBR preparation.
Contribute to
tech stack projects,
from evaluating new tools to supporting vendor discussions.
Support
Finance
with quarterly commission calculations and ensure revenue reporting aligns across teams.
Over time, take ownership of
forecasting and QBR reporting
,
CRM governance
,
vendor management
, and
end-to-end revenue reporting,
becoming the key link between Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
Skills & Experience
------------------------
1-2 years of experience in
Revenue Operations, Data Analysis, or Sales Enablement
(ideally in SaaS).
Hands-on experience with
HubSpot
(super-user mindset, not afraid to explore and learn).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
(SQL a plus, but not required).
Detail-oriented and curious, you enjoy digging into data and spotting patterns.
Eager to learn how to
build dashboards
and reports that drive decision-making.
Proactive and process-driven, you love making things simpler and more efficient.
Great collaborator, comfortable working across
Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data
teams.
A
growth mindset
and genuine interest in building your career in Revenue Operations.
