Join us as RevOps Manager to design, optimise and operationalise our entire Revenue Operations ecosystem!

We're looking for an exceptionally detailed, hands-on, process-driven RevOps Manager to architect and optimise revenue operations infrastructure, with specialised focus on pipeline governance, cross-system reporting, and HubSpot excellence.


In this role, you'll drive operational rigour through data integrity, process automation, and sales team enablement. If you have a deep

As RevOps Manager at Goodstack, your mission will be to:

Pipeline management and forecasting



Pipeline Governance: Design and maintain standardised pipeline stages, deal qualification criteria, and forecasting methodologies to ensure accuracy and predictability Forecast Motion: Lead weekly/monthly forecast cycles with sales leadership, implementing commit/best-case/pipeline categorisation Capacity Modelling: Develop sales capacity models tied to revenue targets

Reporting and data ecosystem



Cross-System Reporting: Build unified reporting across HubSpot, sheets and other tools to unify revenue insights Dashboard Development: Create real-time performance dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep activity Implement data integrity: Hygiene protocols (deduplication, validation rules) and quality monitoring for CRM reliability

HubSpot optimisation and administration



System Configuration: Customise HubSpot workflows, deal structures, and automation for lead-to-revenue processes Integration Leadership: Connect HubSpot with marketing automation, customer success tools, and financial systems Serve as main point of contact for tooling support and CRM questions

Process optimisation and support



Process Tracking: Map revenue workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Serve as primary point of contact: for sales reps on deal configuration, CRM navigation, and tooling issues Training and Enablement: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on systems (HubSpot, spreadsheets) and process adherence

After 3 months, success will look like:

Structured compensation plans, payouts, and overseeing commission rollouts Ensure systems, data, and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance are accurate, connected, and actionable Be on a continuous path to enable smarter, faster commercial decisions by turning our current tooling into a centralised source of truth

This role is a perfect match for you if you have:

Operational Excellence: 5+ years in RevOps/SalesOps with track record in process optimisation and system scaling Technical Expertise: HubSpot admin certification; proficiency in spreadsheet automation (Google Sheets/Excel) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Metabase) Analytical Rigour: Demonstrated ability to build complex models (capacity, commissions) and translate data into actionable insights

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
