Job Introduction

Reward Administrator | Elton | Permanent | 30,000 - 34,000




As Reward Administrator you will support the delivery and implementation of a range of employee benefits and reward initiatives.


You will be responsible for the administration of key activities linked to pay, reward and benefits, as well as providing support and guidance to employees and the wider HR function.

The Key Requirements



Act as first point of contact for queries relating to reward and benefits, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, engagement and continuous improvement. Work closely with the Head of Analytics & Reward to continually review and improve the benefits offering for colleagues and to help shape future of employee benefits. Support the administration of key annual processes linked to pay and reward, including the annual salary review, bonus payments, and benefits enrolments. Ensure reward processes and policies are followed correctly, and that employee data relating to pay and benefits is accurate and updated when required.
Liaise with external providers to supporta variety of reward activities. These include:
+ - Pay & benefit brokers and consultants - Employee benefit providers and insurers
- Benefit technology providers
Work closely with HR People Services and the wider HR team in order to support the communication of benefits and reward initiatives. Support the coordination of job evaluation panels, and update job evaluation and job matching databases as required. Prepare and maintain reports, benefit membership data, and relevant KPIs that are necessary to support benefits and reward initiatives. Maintain the highest level of data integrity by handling all employee and company information with sensitivity and confidentially in line all data protection legislation.

Business Knowledge



Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG Essential Functional / Technical Skills HR experience (reward, compensation or benefits experience would be an advantage) Proficiently handled sensitive and confidential information in accordance with legislative requirements. Demonstrated a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes. Comfortable with handling large amounts of data, and ability to identify and question potential errors. Dealt with sensitive and complex queries in person, over the phone, and via email. Worked in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging commercial environment, ideally within an FMCG context. Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as SAP, and Microsoft Office. Extensive administration experience.
