Job Description

For this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Tableau and Power BI. You will also need to have understanding of employment laws and regulations related to rewards and compensation. In this role, you will analyse and benchmark pay and benefits, support the design and implementation of pay reviews and lead on internal reporting such as the gender pay gap.

Duties:

Analyse and benchmark pay and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations that support a transparent and competitive reward strategy. Manage and enhance reward reporting using HR systems and tools, ensuring reports meet evolving business and management needs. Monitor market trends and conduct reviews on pay competitiveness, advising stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making. Support the design, implementation, and administration of pay reviews, recognition schemes, and other reward initiatives. Collaborate with HR Analytics, Payroll, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reward processes and projects. Lead on statutory and internal reporting such as the gender pay gap and equal pay audits, and contribute to reward policy development and communications.

Selection criteria:

Analytical skills and experience equivalent to those derived from holding a degree. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other data analysis tools Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to rewards and compensation Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
