Role Overview
As a Reward Analyst, you'll play a vital role in shaping our global reward strategy for our 1300+ Benifexers. Working directly with our People Director, Chief People Officer and a Reward Specialist, you will be a key part of the team responsible for ensuring our compensation, benefits, and job levelling initiatives are competitive and aligned with our company's goals. This role is a unique opportunity to use your analytical skills to influence how we attract, retain, and motivate our global workforce.
Responsibilities
Reward Data & Analysis:
Collect, validate, and analyse compensation and benefits data.
Conduct benchmarking and market pay analysis using survey data.
Prepare reports on pay trends, benefits uptake, and reward costs.
Compensation
Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
Maintain and update salary structures and job evaluation frameworks.
Ensure compliance with equal pay and pay equity legislation.
Benefits
Monitor benefit utilisation and provide analysis of employee engagement with offerings
Support with benefits renewals process and reporting
Help ensure our benefits offerings are understood and communicated clearly
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide data for gender pay gap reporting and other statutory disclosures.
Projects & Process Improvement
Contribute to reward-related projects such as job levelling, recognition schemes, or new benefit rollouts.
Continuously improve reward processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Stakeholder Support
Work with HR Business Partners and managers to provide advice on reward queries.
Support employee communications on reward policies and processes.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in
reward analytics across multiple countries
, ideally knowledge of UK, Sweden, US and the Philippines.
Playing a supporting role in
helping shape a reward strategy
, as opposed to only working in companies where it is already set up.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices
, benchmarking tools, legislation, and market trends.
Confident using
HRIS and Reward tooling
, knowledge of HiBob Reward module would be highly advantageous.
Proven
project management skills
, being able to own small projects from start to finish.
Proven
analytical and numerical skills
with advanced Excel (and preferably HRIS/analytics tools). Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
High attention to detail
and accuracy.
Excellent
organisational skills
with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Collaborative approach,
with proven stakeholder management skills.
