We're looking for a Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team at ISS UK & Ireland.


This is a great opportunity to help shape a maturing function within one of the world's leading workplace and facilities management companies.





As Reward Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting with data analysis, benchmarking, and compensation processes to help drive fair, competitive, and consistent reward practices.


As part of a small team, you'll have the chance to take ownership of key projects and make a real impact on how reward is delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities




Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive reward offerings Perform data analysis and modelling to support compensation decisions Support annual salary review and bonus processes with data preparation and analysis Maintain accuracy of reward-related data across systems and tools Assist in developing reward policies, procedures, and budget tracking Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics Support job architecture design and ensure consistent job grading and evaluation Monitor compliance with compensation laws, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive Contribute to reward strategy projects and act as a point of contact for internal queries

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications




Proven experience in compensation, benefits, or reward analysis roles Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficient in Excel, HRIS, and Power BI Confident handling large datasets and delivering actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs and priorities
