Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a

Reward and Benefits Administrator

to join our VetPartners family on a part-time, 3-6 months temporary basis.



As an integral part of the small People Transformation / Reward Team you will provide admin support and co-ordinate activities to assist in delivering our People / Reward Plan.



We are looking to welcome someone who can work 20 hours per week:



20 hours per week required across 3 days (ideally Weds, Thurs and Fri), these hours are flexible, and we will consider applicants wishing to work 16 hours across 3 days.

Salary

- 13,125pa based on 20hrs/week



We can consider other flexible working patterns, including hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office required). Flexibility will also be required during busy periods.

What you'll do on a typical day:





Monitor the Reward Inbox, reply to e-mails received with escalation/signposting as required Responsible for BAU Administration & Data Activities for assigned benefits Support the Team with Projects & Cyclic process e.g. harmonisation, benefit launches, P11D Work closely with the People and Payroll Teams to continually develop and improve our processes, ensuring that our service meets the needs of our practices

Essential Requirements:





Experience as a coordinator / administrator / assistant ideally in a Reward / HR, project, or compliance role Computer literate, including MS Office, Mail Merge & Excel with accurate data input and reporting Comfortable with data collation, validation, and analysis Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail whilst adhering to deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships A collaborative team member, who can work flexibly and stay calm under pressure Pro-active problem solver with an inquisitive approach and innovation skills to reach business solutions

Preferred Requirements:





Working knowledge of HR Information Systems Awareness of Payroll processes and UK PAYE Tax & NI Familiar with UK Employment Law and regulations

Location:





York with the option of hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office requirement)
