This is an exciting time to join the Reward team at the University of Salford. As an HR and a Reward team we are evolving and have undergone significant change within the past year. We are looking for our whole team to be part of our change as we see our reputation and impact grow both internally and externally.

A bit about the role\xe2\x80\xa6.

The role of Reward & Benefits Officer (HR) will play a key role in the Reward team in supporting us to deliver a challenging reward agenda over the coming years. As a team we are looking to build credible and consistent reward foundations that will enable us to drive the bigger picture for pay, reward and benefits at the university in the future.

Transparency, collaboration and inclusivity are key to our approach. We are looking for someone in this role who embodies these alongside having excellent organisational, attention to detail and communication skills to provide operational support to the team.
