We currently have an exciting opening for a Reward Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Reward & People Services.

You will provide a strategic, analytical and data management service to develop and support the implementation of Reward policies, procedures and processes, which includes pay, reward, benefits and performance.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Stake holders to design & truly \xe2\x80\x9cpartner\xe2\x80\x9d on all matters relating to Reward, Compensations & Benefits bringing the outside in.

What the role will entail:

  • Responsible for co-ordinating the successful delivery and continuous improvement of cyclical activities such as pay review, bonus, performance management and long and short-term incentive schemes
  • Deliver the operational Reward cyclical activities including collation, calculation, analysis, modelling and communication of payments
  • Embed Reward governance and assurance across esure and ensure robust process around the Pay & Reward framework to maintain fairness and consistency in pay
  • Lead day to day Pay & Reward activities including management of budget and contracts including supplier management and managing performance and cost efficiency
  • Drafting of reports and proposals to present to the board and Remuneration committee and any regulatory reporting required (such as gender pay)
  • Being the Subject Matter Expert in all things relating to rewards, benefits and compensation, offering mentorship to your wider HR colleagues across our group.
  • Work with the wider HR team to contribute to other HR processes and projects.
  • Maintain, analyse and gather internal and external salary data, provide salary benchmarks and package recommendations, in line with the reward principles and policies.
Qualifications

We would love you to bring:
  • You will have worked on a range of compensation and benefits programmes across multiple annual cycles. You\'ll need to be flexible, able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and positive relationships.
  • You have Excel superpowers and real depth of experience in building Excel models, driving decisions through simplifying data and facilitating conversation from any audience
  • Ability to prepare Board level analysis and presentations
  • Confident in putting forward opinions and advising senior members of staff on reward best practice.
  • The vision to think strategically, whilst assessing and establishing direction.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • The ability to deliver clear, well-structured communications.
  • Have an analytical approach, able to suggest ways to look at the data available to generate new insights
  • Be experienced in using one of the leading salary surveys e.g. WTW
  • Ideally have used a job levelling/evaluation methodology (preferably Hays/Kornferry)
  • Be proactive and tenacious, with great attention to detail
  • Quickly build and maintain positive relationships
