Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global law firm which has delivered successful 30% growth over the past 4 years and continues to be on the rise. They have a highly collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment that has a really nice family culture feel. The business is currently investing heavily in its HR function and they are currently building out the expertise of their reward team. We are supporting them to hire a new Reward Manager to look after their global compensation and benefits activities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll report to the Head of Reward and have 2 direct reports to support with the work. You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day and cyclical operational activities but also play a key part in shaping their reward architecture and strategy moving forward. Responsibilities will include:

  • Support with all aspects of reward across UK, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and the US
  • Running the year-end compensation round
  • Carrying out benchmarking exercises
  • Designing and delivering a new cash bonus scheme
  • Ensure best reward practice and appropriate processes and governance is in place
  • Influence stakeholders and improve companywide reward knowledge and awareness
  • Budget management
  • Manage vendor relationships and annual renewals
  • Gender pay and diversity reporting and driving agendas to support these initiatives
  • Implement new benefits where relevant to ensure a competitive offering for employees.
This role is suited to an established Reward Manager who has the capability to seamlessly run the operational reward activities whilst also having an appetite to deliver on strategic compensation and benefits projects. You should be experienced with cash bonuses and have ideally completed bonus design and implementation work. Ideally you will have worked for a professional services firm or partnership set-up. You should come with team management experience and have excellent people and communication skills to effectively build and manage internal and external relationships. An eye for detail and ability to work with data is also essential. You must also come with international compensation and benefits exposure (anything outside of the UK).
