reward manager Overview:




We are looking for a full-time (35 hours per week) Reward Manager who can support our growing People & Culture department. As the Reward Manager, you will be based in either our London or Manchester office and have a diverse and varied role. You'll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:



Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy tailored to a geographically dispersed workforce Ensure competitive, equitable compensation and benefits aligned with diverse regional markets, employee feedback, and industry benchmarks (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry Hay) Design and manage compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and commission plans tied to revenue and service metrics Lead annual salary and bonus review cycles in partnership with HRBPs and Finance, aligning with budgets and performance targets Optimize region-specific benefits (e.g., travel perks, wellness, pensions) to support retention and reflect workforce mobility Maintain a global job architecture to support growth, efficiency, and career pathing across functions Partner with Finance and external advisers on global mobility, expatriate pay, and cross-border tax compliance Provide insights and reporting (e.g., pay equity, compensation costs, workforce planning) to guide business and talent strategy

Qualifications:



Degree-level education in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CIPD, CCP, or equivalent) desirable Extensive experience in reward management, ideally within global or matrixed organizations Strong understanding of compensation practices across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) Experience supporting customer-centric, operational workforces (e.g., call centers, travel consultants) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
