About the role



Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Partner to join our growing team in London.

What you'll be doing




Develop strong relationships to provide trusted, quality and professional partnership for HR and Line Managers on reward matters. Committed to upskilling and the continuous internal development of the wider HR

community, to ensure sustainability in our practices.
Provide clear responses and management of reward and benefit queries as required, through the lens of pragmatic and value-focussed reward delivery. Further the development of the employee reward proposition, strategy and policies through experience and external research to ensure we remain current and market relevant. Provide project leadership and expert reward advice across the broad spectrum of

UK people activities.
Provide on-going support and guidance to the HRSS benefit administration team, to ensure they are kept abreast of the UK reward strategy, working together to improve engagement and service delivery. Champion and role model consistent and effective role grading and job evaluation

processes.
Prepare professional and informative documentation and analysis for presentation to senior stakeholders, as required. Timely and proactive maintenance of reward data, including eligibility lists Utilise HR Scorecard and reward data insight to aid business understanding and its link into the reward framework and strategy. Own the end-to-end delivery of incentive and salary review processes for relevant

business areas, with a relentless focus on effectiveness and value.
Coordinate the implementation of Group and UK led benefits, with proactive

management of those 3rd parties to ensure quality service delivery.
Production of compelling and high-quality reward communications which enhance reward engagement and understanding



Who we're looking for



Proven compensation and benefits experience within a commercial organisation

(including all aspects of reward frameworks and benchmarking, salary reviews,


annual and long-term incentives and management of benefits.
Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, experience with

business partnering across multiple, different stakeholders, and in simplifying


complexity.
Experience of delivering projects and initiatives including process improvement

and driving optimum efficiency.
Self-driven and proactive in seeking external insight from peers and market Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential. Proficient in/experience using HR Information Systems. Ability to work in a complex, challenging and sensitive environment. Excellent IT skills, particularly within Excel (advanced) and will be comfortable

collating and coordinating management information and providing reports.
Able to build relationships across all levels of seniority and be a professional and

trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
