This role will lead and manage reward projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities will include:



Provide expertise on key Reward processes, including Compensation Planning. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution. Collaborate with HR technology teams to integrate reward frameworks into HR systems. Manage stakeholder engagement, collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders across multiple countries. Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and best practices. Drive employee communication strategies, ensuring transparency and understanding of job architecture changes.

Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Compensation & Benefits (Reward)

, and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.

You will have:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Transformation, or Project Management. Strong knowledge of Job Architecture frameworks, salary structures, and compensation planning. Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in

multinational organisations

with complex job structures with the ability to

navigate cultural differences

highly preferred
