Reward & Benefits Coordinator (12 Months Fixed Term)





We're excited to be looking for a

Reward and Benefits Coordinator

to join our VetPartners family on a

12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC

). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their experience, take on new challenges, and wanting to develop their skills in the Reward & Benefits arena.



As an integral part of the small People Transformation / Reward Team you will provide admin support and co-ordinate activities to assist in delivering our People / Reward Plan.



Ideally working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, although we will consider part time 30hrs or more per week including flexible working patterns, and hybrid working (60% in-office).

What you'll do on a typical day:





Monitor the Reward Inbox, reply to e-mails received with escalation/signposting as required Responsible for BAU Administration & Data Activities for assigned benefits Complete Monthly Updates and Audits e.g. PMI, Health Shield, GLA, Fleet, etc. Supports Pension Activities e.g., colleague queries, TPR Processes Support the Team with Projects & Cyclic process e.g. P11D, PSA, Work closely with the People and Payroll Teams to continually develop and improve our processes, ensuring that our service meets the needs of our practices

Essential Requirements:





Experience as a coordinator/administrator ideally in a HR, Reward or compliance role Proficiency in HRIS systems, with Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and the ability to collate, validate and analyse large data sets accurately Comfortable with data collation, validation, and analysis Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail whilst adhering to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. A collaborative team member, who can work flexibly and stay calm under pressure. Pro-active problem solver with an inquisitive approach and innovation skills to reach business solutions

Desirable but not essential Requirements:





Awareness of Payroll processes and UK PAYE Tax & NI Familiar with UK Employment Law and regulations CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent qualification)

Location:





York with the option of hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office requirement)
