Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Agency Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory standards. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with relevant registration. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in patient care, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments. A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism at all times.

Pay: 22.00-27.00 per hour
