We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Uphold infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Experience
A valid nursing qualification with registration from the relevant nursing authority.
Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
