We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and a thorough understanding of nursing practices.
Duties
Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
Strong knowledge of patient care principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
