We are seeking a committed and experienced
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our night team. This role requires a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional standards of care in a residential nursing home environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents throughout the night. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate care documentation. Support, guide, and supervise care staff to ensure consistent and professional care delivery. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of nursing home experience
(applications with less experience will not be considered). CurrentNMC registration (RGN)
. Strong understanding of clinical practices and care standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
