Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, person-centred nursing care to residents. Administer medication, manage care plans, and carry out clinical tasks (wound care, catheterisation, venepuncture, IV therapy, insulin, and IM injections). Provide palliative and end-of-life care with empathy and dignity. Support and mentor junior staff, acting as a role model for best practice. Senior Nurses: Lead and manage shifts in the absence of Service Managers.

What We're Looking For

Current valid NMC PIN (minimum 6 months before expiry). Excellent clinical and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding, dignity, and respect. Empathy and understanding of residents' needs. Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
