Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified

MRICS

(or AssocRICS with strong experience)

Residential Surveyor

to carry out

Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys

across the Midlands. The successful candidate will work independently, with full administrative and technical support from our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys with clear, well-structured reporting Liaise with clients and provide professional advice tailored to property condition and risk Meet service level expectations for report delivery and client follow-up Attend occasional team days or CPD sessions at our Manchester/Wilmslow base (fortnightly or as agreed) Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal QA processes Contribute positively to the team culture and ongoing growth of the business

Requirements:

MRICS Chartered Surveyor (essential) Strong experience in residential surveying and report writing Excellent time management and communication skills Comfortable working remotely and autonomously Valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle Based within the Midlands region with the ability to travel to properties locally
