About the Role:

As a

Ride Host

, you'll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all our guests have a magical and safe experience. You'll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world-class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill-seekers!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator Support in daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions

Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for individuals who are:Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and willing to create a positive guest experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met Able to work by themselves and as part of a team A head for heights would be beneficial No previous experience is necessary! We provide full training to all team members.
