Job Description
Rigger/Operator - Sullom Voe Terminal, Shetland
We're expanding our team at Sullom Voe Terminal and looking for skilled
Rigger/Operators
for full time, fixed termand ad-hoc roles
.Work is on a
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
, working10 hour shifts (12 hours when projects demand)
, with opportunity to pick up additional shifts for coverKey Responsibilities
Follow detailed lift plans, risk assessments, Permit to Work Sign out Permits, Rig and Operate lifting equipment & accessories Operate plant machinery (cranes, HIAB, OHC forklifts - depending on qualifications)
What You'll Need
NPORS or OPITO Rigging qualification (Competent level preferred) Crane, HGV, HIAB, Forklift, OHC or Working at Height certification (advantageous) Experience in the petrochemical industry (preferred) Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to health and safety
Disclosure Scotland Certificate
(required)Training for plant operation may be provided for the right candidates.
Job Types: Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks
