Job Overview

As a Telecoms Rigger, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of mobile telecoms equipment on towers, masts, and rooftop sites. You'll work as part of a team ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Rigging Team Leader in carrying out rigging works in line with project specifications, programme of works and RAMs Support the safe handling, lifting and installation of telecoms equipment and materials Ensure personal safety and support team safety on site and when travelling to and from sites Report all accidents, incidents, ill health and dangerous occurrences to relevant management Carry out site tasks as instructed, including inspections, cable pulling, equipment fixing and tower/structure climbing Inspect and use plant and equipment on site in accordance with safety guidelines Communicate clearly with the Rigging Team Leader, escalating issues when necessary Uphold company policies, values and behaviours at all times Act in a professional manner, demonstrating reliability, integrity and a positive attitude Carry out additional duties as required to support the team and meet customer needs

Qualifications and Experience required for the role

Essential:

Full UK driving licence Rigging experience in mobile telecommunications Strong awareness of health and safety standards
