Wood is recruiting Rigless Supervisor to support our client's Operations and Maintenance team on contract basis.
Hybrid working - 3 days working from Northop's office
The Role
You will be managing and supervising offshore Interventions and Hydraulic workover operations for the client site. Assist in the preparation of equipment and programs and attend hazops, hazids, and risk assessments in connection with operations as required.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Supervision of contractors on site offshore during Intervention scopes
Optimising well performance and delivering cost effective intervention programme
Preparation of morning reports and communicating operations to Client Management
Liaison with Platform management and conduct well handovers
Liaise with the production dept, to ensure that the well integrity is applied following the well integrity management system
Drilling & completion and abandonment Operations:
To ensure compliance with company standards and the relevant design and construction regulations relating to the existing wells stock
To monitor well integrity (annulus pressures, anomalies, periodic leak testing) and implement repairs and remedial work as required
To prepare the planning as required onshore and supervise the execution of the well service programmes offshore
Well maintenance knowledge and ensure contractors comply with company procedures
To provide input and support to the well construction process (completion design optimisation, equipment selection, running and testing completions)
To audit the function ref HSEQ and Operations, and generally assist the HSE team
To ensure full adherence to the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and standards.

Expected:
CSE or GCSE Educated minimum & City & Guilds accreditation
Well control qualifications are essential
Fluency in English, both verbal and written (essential)
Knowledge of UK regulations relating to Well Operations
Extensive Well services experience required
Supervisory/Managerial experience with offshore/onshore teams is required
Strong awareness of HS&E and Security issues
Ability to communicate at all levels, including Senior Management
Ability to manage associated contractors to ensure optimum service delivery to meet business requirements
Required offshore on a rotational basis. 12-hour shift patterns.
Onshore office as required during planning phase
Valid offshore survival certificate Medical
