As our Risk and Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in safeguarding Cadent's IT estate.


This isn't just about identifying threats, it's about leading the analysis, strategy, and assurance that keeps our systems secure. You'll assess risks, evaluate emerging threats, and guide the development of policies and frameworks that align with industry best practice.


Working closely with internal teams and external assurance partners, you'll provide actionable intelligence that drives informed decision-making. You'll also champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and compliance across the organisation.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that offers visibility, influence, and the chance to shape cyber risk management at Cadent.

Strategic Risk Insight - Lead assessments and provide recommendations on critical cyber risks. Policy Leadership - Oversee the development and maintenance of cyber risk frameworks. Threat Evaluation - Monitor emerging threats and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement - Communicate risk intelligence across internal and external teams. Continuous Improvement - Champion best practice and drive knowledge sharing across the business.

What you'll bring:

You're an experienced cyber risk professional with a strong technical foundation and the ability to influence at all levels.

Professional Qualifications - Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or equivalent. Risk Methodology Expertise - Familiarity with IT risk frameworks and strategic application. IT Experience - Background in support or professional services with a focus on cyber risk. Communication Skills - Able to translate complex risk concepts for diverse audiences. Regulatory Awareness - Understanding of NIS, RIIO, and other relevant frameworks.
