We are now seeking a

Risk Manager

to join our Safeguarding Team within Risk & Compliance. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing complex risks, and wants to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities




As Risk Manager, you will take ownership of our risk review process and play a central role in strengthening our risk management framework. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure risk is well understood, effectively managed, and embedded into day-to-day decision-making.

Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Lead risk assessments and identify potential threats across the business Manage the Risk Register, ensuring all information is current and actionable Collaborate with risk owners to define appropriate mitigations and oversee the full risk lifecycle Identify and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) Conduct control analysis and testing to assess control effectiveness Support the Vice President of Risk in advancing the overall maturity of the programme Monitor regulatory developments and adjust processes to remain compliant Communicate clearly with senior leadership and advocate a strong risk culture Deliver training and education programmes to raise awareness of risk and compliance

What We're Looking For



Minimum of 6 years' experience in a risk management role, ideally within financial services, travel, or related sectors In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO) Experience managing data protection programmes across international environments Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leadership Ability to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting A proactive, hands-on approach and a clear, analytical mindset Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing effective controls
