Role Overview
Lead the fraud, dispute, and chargeback operations, driving process excellence and compliance with card network rules. Own SOPs, training programs, team KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve fraud, dispute, and chargeback operations, including SOPs and client guides.
Build, manage, and scale training, QA, and content management programs for the Risk Operations team.
Define and track team KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics, delivering regular feedback to leadership.
Balance team capacity between ongoing operations, OKRs, and incident response.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize risk operations support.
Identify internal tooling needs and write business/product requirements to improve workflows and client experience.
Serve as a subject matter expert on fraud and chargeback optimization, providing guidance to clients and teams.
Support risk assessments, compliance audits, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in risk, fraud, or dispute operations in fintech or payments.
Deep knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard) and chargeback processes.
Strong leadership experience, managing operational teams and KPIs.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Fluent English; the role involves communication with international clients.
