We are looking for a skilled and compassionate
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care within mental health settings, supporting patients in a therapeutic and safe environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate interventions Use de-escalation techniques effectively to manage challenging situations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with NMC standards Apply knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation Collaborate with multid
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RMN in the UK Ability to work flexible day or night shifts as per rota. Minimum 1-year experience in mental health settings . Psychiatric nursing certification and relevant mental health training Strong skills in de-escalation, risk assessment, and therapeutic communication
