Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Road Marking Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction or highways sector -
no previous experience is necessary
, as full training will be provided.Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and application of road markings on highways, car parks, and other surfaces Load and unload materials and equipment Support the team in setting up and clearing the work area Follow health and safety procedures at all times Work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order
Skills
No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn Good level of physical fitness - this is a hands-on, active role Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends when required Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential)
