On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Road Vehicle Compiance Manager for a 3 month contract based around the York area.

As a Road Vehicle Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
Manage, comply and meet the requirements set out by the Traffic Commissioner to enable governance and ownership of Network Rail Operators Licence for the designated location.
Undertake the role of named and responsible person for Network Rail's Operators Licence (DVSA).
Undertake audits on the fleet and locations as detailed in the process guide.
Manage the driver pool within your geographical location in terms of legality to drive, drivers hours, driver training and development.
Support and undertake as required investigations into driving/vehicle breaches. Use system-generated data to identify high-risk drivers and actively support line managers to consider a number of actions to seek a constructive change in attitude towards safe and considerate driving.
Provide risk-based analysis of all fleet-related risks in the designated location and maintain the agreed fleet size for the geographical area.
