As a

Roaming Kitchen Assistant

, you'll be a key part of our hospitality team, travelling across our services in the Blackwood/Cardiff area to support our Head Chefs with daily kitchen duties. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference to the lives of the people we support by helping deliver safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with

meal preparation and service

Maintaining a

clean, tidy, and hygienic

kitchen and dining environment Following

food safety standards

and hygiene practices at all times Supporting the

smooth running of kitchen operations

during staff absences or busy periods

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience

working in a kitchen setting A reliable and professional approach to work Someone who is

patient, kind, and compassionate
