Roaming Site Manager Southern England Education Projects
Job Description
I am currently in need of a Roaming Site Manager for a London based main contractor who specialise in building commercial and public sector projects. They are in need of a Site Manager who is able to cover jobs from Cornwall to Essex over a 4 week period undertaking structural survey works within the schools during the summer break.
The Candidate - You will be required to liaise and manage all communications with the client, set up the subcontractors with works that need to be undertaking on each site, site inductions, make sure H&S has been set up correctly and report into a visiting contracts manager in person and remotely.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. If you have a PASMA cert that would also be beneficial.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with mileage and accommodation costs covered and they are looking to start the suitable candidate by the 8th or 11th August.
