What will you be doing?

Under the guidance of the Roast and Smoke Supervisor/Shift Manager, ensure that any production targets set by the Shift/High Risk Manager are met; or if this is not possible, shortfalls are reported to the relevant personnel in a timely manner To operate tools, machines and equipment for which training has been provided and to assist in the manufacturing process of all products. To ensure the achievement of the daily production plan and communicate shortfalls and problems to the relevant person in a timely manner. Adhere to all rules, processes and procedures in relation to the work process and conduct as set out by the production management team and other key disciplines such as Health and Safety, Human Resources, Technical and Hygiene. Complete all paperwork as instructed accurately and within time specifications Carry out work in a safe manner so as not to endanger yourself or a colleague. Ensure that product is produced within foods safety, hygiene and quality standards and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager and that correct procedures are followed. Keep the work area clean and tidy and free from debris and waste so as to reduce the risk of accident, and to operate within food safety and hygiene regulations of the site. To be familiar with qualified first aider's and the first aid procedure. Ensure you are aware of all fire exits in all areas you may work and be sure to understand the emergency evacuation procedure.

- Sunday to Tuesday and Saturday every 2 weeks - 12h/Shift: 18:00-06:00

- Wednesday to Friday and Saturday every 2 weeks - 12h/Shift: 18:00-06:00
