ABOUT THE JOB

• You read our guests' every wish from their eyes and, as a host, make sure that young and old feel at home in "your" restaurant
• You are responsible for coordinating all processes in our guest restaurants
• You manage the service team and ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to
• Your daily tasks include mise-en-place of the tables, the individual buffets and the drinks stations
• You welcome our guests personally every day and seat them according to their individual wishes
• You are responsible for wine sales and the wine shop, train your employees and monitor the setup and service processes
• With your organisational talent, sensitivity and, above all, your personality, you create a unique atmosphere in our restaurants

ABOUT YOU

• Completed training in the catering industry
• Several years of experience in the restaurant/banqueting sector
• Experience in a management position or as a team leader
• Good manners and well-groomed appearance
• Fluent German and English, ideally also knowledge of the national language
