An exciting new role maintaining and Installing Robotic Lawnmowers & gardening equipment, the position will be providing support for both existing and new customers both in store and at the customer premises/homes.

You need to be a team player, as this role integrates with many areas of the business.

We will provide training and support for this role, enthusiasm more important than experience with a strong willingness to learn essential.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

As an Automower Technician you will support our range of Robotics lawnmowers, the position will be mainly based at our store in Hexham, Northumberland; however, there will be travel required as necessary using our company transport.

Duties will include the repair, maintenance and installation of our Robotic range of products and associated equipment. Other responsibilities will include offering telephone advice to our customers and keeping relevant computer records.

Support with robotic lawnmower installations and general technical enquiries. Providing technical support to our customers. Evaluating and repairing machines returned to the workshop and feeding back any findings. Communicate with customers regarding any technical issues and status
Additional Skills & Qualifications Required

Ideally experience in the repair/servicing of small electrical equipment. Work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to clients/customers. Preferably, you will be qualified to "GCSE" / A level or above in Math's / Physics or other Engineering discipline (Other suitable background or qualifications will be considered) You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, good grammar and be PC literate. A good knowledge of and experience using Google applications A clean, current driving license.
