Key Responsibilities
Design, program, and integrate
industrial and collaborative robotic systems
.
Develop and commission
PLC systems
(Omron and Siemens).
Create and review
mechanical designs
using
SolidWorks
.
Experience of working with drives, pneumatic systems PLC Programming and material handling systems (jigs, fixtures, conveyors) essential for this role
Design and implement
pneumatic systems
to support automation projects.
Carry out
wiring and electrical design
for robotic and automation systems.
Program and troubleshoot
industrial robot controllers and applications
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and to specification.
Support testing, validation, and commissioning at customer sites.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
industrial and collaborative robotics
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
PLC programming (Omron & Siemens)
.
Proficiency in
SolidWorks
for mechanical design.
Strong background in
pneumatics
design and integration.
Practical knowledge of
wiring and electrical design
.
Experience programming
industrial robot systems
(e.g., ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, UR, etc.).
Full UK
driving license
.
Desirable Skills
Experience with
machine vision systems
.
Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics).
