Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and inspiring students. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate with participants of varying skill levels, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Duties
Conduct engaging instructional sessions that promote skill development and physical fitness. Provide constructive and fun, engaging sessions in helping them improve their confidence. Maintain a safe and organised environment for all participants during activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching or a related field is preferred but not essential (all training will be provided by qualified centre manager) Strong communication skills A genuine passion for rock climbing and making this fun and engaging Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
