Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Roller Shutter Installation Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right attitude and skills to develop a long-term career in a specialist trade.

Key Responsibilities Install roller shutters, industrial doors, and associated products Carry out repairs, servicing, and fault-finding Work safely on-site in line with health & safety standards Deliver excellent service to customers

Skills & Experience

Experience with roller shutters or industrial doors is desirable (but training provided for the right candidate) Mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to use power tools Can follow technical drawings and instructions Full UK driving licence preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Salary & Progression

Pay reflects experience and skill level A fully skilled fitter can earn 15 per hour, with higher rates available as skills develop further Clear pathway for improvers and trainees to progress to full fitter level
