Restaurant Manager

to join our high-energy Food & Beverage team, leading operations at our exciting Rollercoaster Restaurant.



This is a key leadership role where you will oversee both Front of House and Kitchen Operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high- quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities





As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:



Leading Front of House and Kitchen Operations to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality guest experience Coaching and providing consistent feedback to the Kitchen Manager and Front of House Assistant Managers to achieve operational excellence and uphold company standards Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations Managing staff performance, including recruitment, training, performance management, and conducting team appraisals Driving commercial profitability by controlllng cost of goods, optimising labour deployment, and actively reducing waste Ensuring restaurant KPI's for food service, food quality, and value for money are consistently achieved Planning and managing tactical operating hours and staffing levels, particularly during off-peak periods, to maximise efficiency and overall profit

Essential Criteria





To be successful in this role, you will have:



Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food safety standards Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and current food safety legislation Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Strong leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills The abilty to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
