Job Overview:
Eco Energy are seeking experienced and reliable roofers to carry out
strip and re-tile
work on residential properties. This is a subcontractor role paid at25 per square meter
, offering consistent work and prompt weekly payments.Key Responsibilities:
Strip existing roof tiles and underlay Inspect roof structure for any required remedial work Install new breathable membrane and battens Tile roof using specified materials (usually concrete or clay tiles) Maintain a safe and tidy work area Adhere to site health & safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in strip and re-tile roofing (minimum 2 years preferred) Own tools, transport, and PPE CSCS card (preferred but not essential) UTR number and self-employed status Ability to work efficiently and independently Commitment to quality workmanship
