At Williams Roofing Contractors we have gained over 40 years' experience as a Roofing Contractor and pride ourselves on our high levels of workmanship.

The work we provide is mainly Refurbishment to Commercial and Residential Properties, which can include pitched roof tiling, slating and Leadwork.

Due to continued growth and new project success an excellent opportunity has now arisen for dedicated skilled pitched roofing operatives, to join Williams Roofing Contractors on a full time, permanent basis or as a subcontractor.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to join an award-winning team. As well as learn and develop their skills, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to rapidly progress.

The ideal candidate needs to have a good work ethic and good communication skills, reliable, punctual and show a willingness to learn.

The Role:

Reactive & planned maintenance works for both the commercial and domestic sectors. All aspects of pitched roofing Lead work Full UK driving licence (preferably clean) Basic understanding of building work Fabricate and build roofing structures according to specifications and schematics Install various types of roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofing Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete roofing tasks Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Responsibilities:

Be able to travel to site location(s) All works to be carried out to the highest standard Strictly follow all health & safety requirements for each site

Requirements:

CSCS FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE NVQ Level 2/3 Roof tiling and slating Vehicle can be provided, for the right candidate previous experience in a similar role is essential Strong communication skills Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be self-motivate
