We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. We work to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems, including flat and pitched roofs. Fabricate roofing components as needed, ensuring precise measurements and cuts. Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively, including drills, saws, and hammers. Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during installation and repairs. Conduct inspections of existing roofs to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with masonry work when required, ensuring structural integrity in roofing systems.

Experience

Proven experience as a Roofer role is essential. Familiarity with various roofing materials and techniques is highly desirable. Experience with carpentry skills is an advantage, particularly in building frameworks for roofs. A strong understanding of safety regulations related to roofing work is required. Previous experience using both power tools and hand tools effectively is essential for success in this role.
